Continuing the synopsis of where each uniform number stands by number of player to have worn it, total number of seasons it was worn, and the total number of different times it was worn (counting shared numbers in a season). A brief description follows each table for each uniform number. All numbers listed are through the 2012 season only.

Uniform #46 will be worn by Cord Phelps again in 2013. This will be his second year wearing that jersey. The career leader for this number is Steve Dunning with 4 seasons.
Uniform #47 will be worn by Trevor Bauer in 2013. It was worn last year by Shelley Duncan. Myers will be the thirty-first player to wear it. Duncan, Jesse Orosco and Ed Farmer all share the career lead with 3 seasons.
Uniform #48 is not currently assigned to any player. After wearing it from 2004 to 2012, Travis Hafner is the career leader with 9 seasons, one ahead of Sam McDowell. I don't think this number will be reassigned this year.
Uniform #49 is currently assigned to Blake Wood. It was worn by Tony Sipp in 2012 and in 2009. Wood is currently on the 60 day DL and might not pitch in 2013. If he recovers and appears for the Tribe this year, he would be the twenty-third player to wear it. The career leaders for this number are Jose Mesa and Tom Candiotti with 7 seasons.
Uniform #50 will be worn by Nick Hagadone again in 2013. This will be his third year wearing that jersey. The career leader for this number is Jason Davis with 5 seasons.
Uniform #51 is assigned to Scott Barnes again in 2013. If he gets called up, this will be his second year wearing that jersey. The career leader for this number is Jacob Cruz with 4 seasons.
Uniform #52 will be Vinnie Pestano's fourth season wearing it. This will keep him alone in third place. CC Sabathia leads this number with 8 seasons and John Farrell is in second with 5 seasons.
Uniform #53 is currently assigned to NRI Rich Hill. It was worn from 2006 to 2012 by Rafael Perez. If Hill gets called up, he would be the twelfth player to wear it. This number also has a possibility to be reissued this year. Perez ended up in second place with 7 seasons to career Paul Shuey with 9 seasons.
Uniform #54 will be Chris Perez's fifth season wearing it. This will break his tie with Rod Nichols. If he is not dealt this year, Perez could catch career leader Davis Riske in 2014, with 6 seasons.
Uniform #55 is not currently identified as being assigned to any player. My assumption is that NRI Matt Capps is/was wearing it as he wore it for the Twins over the past 3 seasons. This number also has a possibility to be reissued this year. It was worn from 2006 to 2012 by Fausto Carmona/Roberto Hernandez. He is the leader with 7 seasons.
Uniform #56 is assigned to Frank Herrmann again in 2013. The numbers for this number will not increase as Herrmann just had Tommy John surgery and will miss all of 2013. If he recovers and pitches for the Tribe in 2014, that would be his fourth year wearing that jersey and would make him the career leader for this uniform. Herrmann, Alan Embree, Fernando Cabrera and Sean DePaula all currently share the career lead with 3 seasons.
Uniform #57 was worn by both Jeremy Accardo and Scott Maine in 2012. It is currently assigned to NRI Fernando Nieve. If Nieve or anyone else claims this jersey, they would be the seventeenth to wear it. The career leader for this number is Jeff Shaw with 3 seasons.
Uniform #58 was worn for the past three seasons by Jeanmar Gomez. It is currently assigned to NRI Joe Martinez. If Martinez or anyone else claims this jersey, they would be the thirteenth to wear it. The career leader for this number is Gomez with 3 seasons. No one else has worn it more than once.
Uniform #59 is assigned to Carlos Carrasco again in 2013. After missing 2012 with an injury, if he gets called up, this will be his fourth year wearing that jersey and would tie him with Matt Miller in second place. The career leader for this number is Albie Lopez with 5 seasons.
Uniform #60 was last worn by Jhonny Peralta in 2003. The numbers will not increase for this uniform this year as bullpen catcher Francisco Morales has assumed it for 2013. Peralta, Bill Selby, Brian Tallet, Kane Davis and Rod Allen lead this number with 1 season each.
