Chris Perez earns save, loses his lunch on the mound | MLB.com: News

Chris Perez usually leaves it all on the field. This time he literally left something:

"It's a hot day and when I came out to throw, I took a couple drinks of warm water and it didn't really sit well with my stomach," Perez said later. "After I struck out [Daniel] Descalso it almost came up and when the game was over I just let it out. Nothing serious, I'm fine."

The most amazing thing is that both the Tribe TV and radio announcers continued without missing a beat.

The Indians are 32-27 despite both their pre-season top starters having ERAs over 4.50.
