The Indians have been a relentless bunch of late, and they weren't about to suffer wildness from their opposition. John Danks was dispatched quickly, and after that happened, good things were bound to happen. Altogether, the Indians walked 10 times (twice with the bases loaded) and forced White Sox pitchers to throw over 200 pitches.

I think Eric Wedge is -this- close from inducting Jensen Lewis into his Circle of Trust. He brought Lewis into a jam in the seventh inning, and Jensen blew away both Andy Gonzalez and Jerry Owens. Lewis' peripherals after 21.2 innings are pretty good: 23 hits, 24 strikeouts, and 8 walks.

6.5 games up, seventeen to play.
