Outrighted LHP Jason Stanford and RHP Jake Dittler to Buffalo (AAA)
I believe both Dittler and Stanford are eligible for "six-year" Minor League free agency (correction: just Stanford is eligible); essentially, any non-rostered player who's played six years in major-league organization can sign with another organization beginning around the middle of October. Dittler signed with the organization soon after the 2001 Draft, while Stanford signed as an undrafted free agent in November of 1999. However, this article notes that Dittler will participate in the Arizona Fall League, so maybe he's already re-signed with the organization.
