Seattle at Cleveland, 7:05 PM (STO)

Starting Pitchers:

Cleveland: Jake Westbrook (7-6, 4.44 ERA)
Seattle: Jarrod Washburn (4-10, 4.58 ERA)

I'm confused: we know what happens after the Indians win in a blowout, but what about a 1-0 pitching masterpiece?

Jeremy Sowers did to the Mariners what Jamie Moyer's done to the Indians for years. The kid knows how to pitch, and even though his fastball maybe touched 90 mph once or twice, he was in total control the whole evening.

I know it's difficult learning anything about a player from one game, but Shin-Soo Choo has an interesting inside-out batting stroke, and he can hit a fastball the other way pretty well. Andy Marte is definitely a work in process, especially on defense, but time is something the Indians have a lot of right now.
