The bullpen struck again, but this time it was the Proven Closer who blew the game. Actually, Fernando Cabrera blew a save three innings earlier, but that seems par for the course recently.

I'm of the opinion that sticking with Carmona/Cabrera/Davis is the best option for the long term, but will the rewards come soon enough to make a difference this season?

The Indians blew a quality CC Sabathia start; CC went six innings, and got out of a bases-loaded jam in the sixth still with a lead. Victor Martinez looks to be coming out of a month-long slump; he accounted for all three runs.
