A quick word on last night's game. Even when Travis Hafner is slumping, he's still a good player. Ben Broussard doesn't get a chance to hit his fourth career grand slam without Pronk working a walk after being down 0-2 in the first inning.
Paul Byrd looked more like his normal self, although Alex Cora ended his night an inning early. I think the gun was a bit off, but Jeremy Guthrie had his fastball in the mid-90s. Hopefully last night's performance indicates that Jeremy has turned the corner.
