Indians Hall of Fame

This sounds like a great idea:

The Indians' greatest players, living and dead, will gather one day soon in center field.

With little fanfare, the Indians on Friday gained city approval for a Hall of Fame park, to take shape on the center-field terraces at Jacobs Field.

The article also says that there will also be monuments to seven Indians players also enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

Honestly, I did not know the Indians had a Hall of Fame. But to use the terraces in center field to house the monuments makes a lot of sense to me.

Also, the team will induct two new members, Al Lopez and Addie Joss, in late July. The induction ceremony will be an annual event.
